For this option, you will be directed to a secure Paypal payment page where you can enter your credit card details (an account is not required) or log in to your existing Paypal account to make payment.

All orders will be processed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and you will checkout at the most current exchange rate. There are no transaction fees on all payments.

Shipping Rates

All Local Registered and International packages come complete with tracking so that you know where your package is at all times. All packages are shipped by SingPost and will be delivered to your doorstep by your local postal service. A signature is required to receive the package for tracked packages.

Processing & Delivery Times

For all orders, there will be a processing time of 5 - 10 business days before the package is delivered, which includes quality control checks prior to shipment.

After Delivery

It is the responsibility of the customer to keep track of the package after it has been shipped. If at the time of attempted delivery there is no one to receive the package, a delivery notice slip may be left under the door and the package will be sent to the nearest post office.

Please note that if your package is not collected within a certain timeframe (usually about 1 - 2 weeks, depending on country), it will be returned to us and costs for redelivery will be chargeable.
