Please contact us or email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving your order to get in touch with our friendly customer service team.
Please note the following conditions:
✔️ All returned items must be in brand new condition, unwashed, and come with all original tags and packaging.
✔️ Lingerie, intimates, pierced jewellery and beauty items are not eligible for returns unless an incorrect/defective item was received.
What we need from you:✔️ Your order number
✔️ Reason for return
✔️ Clear photo/video of incorrect/defective item (if applicable)
What to expect in 3 easy steps:
1️⃣ Our customer service team will review and approve the return, and provide a specific return address to one of our warehouses.
2️⃣ Send the item to us using a tracked delivery method and provide us the tracking number.
3️⃣ Receive your exchange or refund (via your original mode of payment).
Additional notes for returns:
✔️ Incorrect / defective item sent: if Minimal Fox is responsible for the issue, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping, or resend for free a replacement at our expense.
✔️ Incorrect size ordered / change of mind: we can refund in full the original product price. Alternatively you can opt for exchange, and you will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse). All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
