Eligibility for Returns
Not happy with your purchase? Let us make things right! Do note that we accept returns only if the following conditions are met:
- Item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 7 working days (Local) or 14 working days (International) from the date of electronic shipping confirmation
- Swimwear, lingerie and pierced jewellery are not eligible for returns
- Sale items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns
Minimal Fox reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange in the event that the returned item(s) do not meet these conditions.
Change of Mind
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us for a refund in store credit (no expiry).
To initiate a return, please contact us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
Item must be returned using a trackable mode of postage and tracking information must be provided. Return mailing/shipping costs are non-refundable.
To minimize the hassle of returns, each and every item goes through a strict quality check and has its own record of checks performed before delivery. However, in the event that there are unnoticed manufacturing defects, an exchange or refund will be provided.
To initiate a return for a defective item, please email us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the defect
- Clear photographic evidence of the defect, which will be reviewed and subject to approval based on our quality check records
If approved, item must be returned using a trackable mode of postage. Tracking information and receipt issued by the post office must be provided for reimbursement of return mailing/shipping costs. Once received, we will refund the purchase price of the item back to your original mode of payment. You may also opt for store credit (no expiry) or an exchange.
